Drive in Movies - Terms & Conditions

  • Each ticket admits one car, driver and up to 4 passengers. You must comply with the road traffic act 1988. Ensuring every passenger has a seat belt
  • Please don’t overload your car for viewing purposes
  • Full details will be emailed to you after purchase. You will receive this within 3 working days
  • Each purchase is valid for one film on the date and time specified on your confirmation
  • Sound will be accessible through your FM car radio, the frequency will be provided on arrival
  • You must arrive at least 30mins prior to ShowTime, gates will open 45 minutes before ShowTime
  • Latecomers will not be admitted
  • Parking Spaces will be allocated on a first come first served basis
  • 4 x 4′s, crossovers and people carriers will be allocated a space at the back and/or side
  • No vans, coaches or commercial vehicles permitted
  • No pets permitted
  • Toilet facilities are available on site. These will be portakabins
  • Please ensure you have enough warm clothing and outdoor shoes
  • Engines and lights must be switched off during the performance apart from when you are charging your battery (if required)
  • For the enjoyment of all patrons you must remain in your car during the screening
  • Should for any reason you need to leave the screening you will be provided with a contact telephone number to call for assistance
  • Please note that extreme weather could affect the performance, for updates please check Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity Facebook event page.
  • Please print your ticket and bring it with you to avoid disappointment. Tickets must be surrendered.
  • Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
  • All vehicles must comply with the road traffic act 1988.
  • Vehicles are parked at the risk of the owners. Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity and the Catherine McEwan Foundation do not accept any liability or be held responsible for any loss, damage to your property or for any collisions that may occur causing injury
  • £2.50 of the ticket price is allocated towards the actual cinema ticket relating to this performance.
