Our Christmas fundraising efforts have never been more crucial, and you can play an important part as one of our incredible volunteers
How will christmas be different for fundraising?
Each year, we rely on opportunities to fundraise with our Christmas pop-up shops at festive events, busy shopping centres and markets.
However due to the ongoing pandemic, we simply will not have the same opportunities to showcase our wonderful Christmas cards and gifts out in public.
That's why we're looking for volunteers to help us sell our festive merchandise virtually instead!
how can i help as a volunteer?
We are looking for Christmas Shopping Heroes who are able to spread the word about our Christmas shopping opportunities.
In your own time, and safely at home, we hope you can let your networks of friends, neighbours, family and colleagues know all about our wonderful range of Christmas cards and gifts.
- Speak to your family members and encourage them to purchase cards and gifts from the charity this year
- Working from home? Could you let your colleagues know about our Online Shop on your next work call?
- If you're friendly with your neighbours, we can provide you with printed Christmas brochures that they can browse, and order forms if they'd rather not order online
- Already on social media? You could simply spread the word by posting about our Online Shop on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn, to let your connections know that our Christmas gifts and cards are a meaningful way to shop this festive season!
