Vertical climbs, electric shocks, high-pressure water jets and a whole lot of mud.
The famous Tough Mudder obstacle course will push you to your limit - and registration is open for their Scottish event this summer.
You could be facing up a 10k (20 obstacles) or 15k (30 obstacles) course featuring fearsome jumps, climbs, swims and crawls.
There's also a 1km 'Lidl Mudder' for a child aged 5-12 and accompanying adult to tackle together in a unique fundraising day out.
Best of all? Tackle Tough Mudder for Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity this year and you could get a FREE charity place with a fundraising pledge.
Held within the grounds of Drumlanrig Castle, Dumfries and Galloway, Tough Mudder takes place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th June, 2023.
Prices are as follows:
- 10k - from £94 (or FREE charity place with £200 fundraising pledge)
- 15k - from £104 (or FREE charity place with £250 fundraising pledge)
- Lidl Mudder - £25 (£15 for child's place and £10 for adult's spectator pass)
