Saddle up for Scotland's biggest cycling event!

Join thousands of cyclists and soak up the electric atmosphere at the nation's largest cycling event.

There's an exciting route for all ages and abilities so whether you're looking to take your cycling to the next level, or are simply searching for a different type of family activity - there's a route for everyone at Pedal for Scotland.

When you cycle for our young patients, you'll receive a FREE technical top, a fundraising pack and the chance to see how your cycle will make a difference at the children's hospital.

Classic Challenge Glasgow - 45 miles

You’ll start the Classic Challenge from Glasgow Green in Glasgow and head east, cycling through the stunning Scottish countryside. With refreshment stops in Drumpellier Country Park, Slammannan and Linlithgow, you can take your time along this relatively flat route and cross the finish line in Edinburgh.

Big Belter Glasgow - 100 miles

The Big Belter route takes in Scotland’s two largest cities on a 100-mile route through stunning countryside. It’s a substantial challenge with steep hills, but if you put in the training you'll be rewarded with great views across the Forth. There are rest stops across the route with refreshments.

Wee Jaunt Edinburgh - 10 miles

You’ll start your morning in the beautiful town of Linlithgow and cycle 10 miles on closed-roads to the finish line, enjoying a great atmosphere along the way. At the event village, you can enjoy a range of activities for all ages as well as lots of refreshments, providing the perfect day out for families and friends, no matter what your age or cycling ability.

Wee Jaunt Falkirk - 7.5 miles


Like the route above, you’ll start in Linlithgow and cycle 7.5 miles on closed-roads to the finish line, enjoying cycling with your kids. A great day out for families!
